In line with the Region’s ongoing commitment to improvement, the Regional Management Board has recently signed up to the Sport and Recreation Alliance’s “Voluntary Code of Good Governance” – the content and implementation of which is intended to enable the region to be governed more effectively and to run more smoothly. Rather than producing an action plan with a fixed completion date, the guide is intended to support the continuous improvement in governance.
